WAY LUBRICANT G32 ,G68 and G220 have polar additives with high chemical affinity for metal. This bonds a thin, high strength film coating to the surface of the moving metal parts which provides exceptional resistance to wear and low kinetic and static friction. The high lubricity of Way Lubricants helps eliminate tool marks or scratches on work being processed, since it eliminates chatter and “stickslip”. Way Lubricant pass the “stick-slip” tests specified by many machine tool builders. These lubricants are non-corrosive to metals commonly used in machine tools. They are non-gumming and long lasting, to assure continued high performance of equipment operating under severe production conditions. WAY LUBRICANT G32, G68 and G220 are extremely stable. They are not adversely affected by long periods of storage or use. Long service life, improved operation, economy, and protection to equipment are the benefits of these fortified lubricants.

These high film strength lubricants were developed specially for use on the ways and slides of grinders, planers, milling machines, shapers, lathes and other machine tools where sliding motion at high load and low rubbing speed is encountered.
