Castrol Iloquench 32 is an accelerated quenching oil for general purpose work, based on mineral oil of a low viscosity.

Applications:
Castrol Iloquench 32 is a general purpose accelerated quenching oil ideal for  quenching a wide range of steels, including lean alloy types. Quenching direct from  cyanide salt baths is possible with this product. Castrol Iloquench 32 is used  extensively in the heat treatment of bolts and nuts in En 5 and En 8, for ball bearings  Em 31, high speed tool steel, bearings in A151-400C, various components for all  major industries in EN1a and EN32 after carbo-nitriding. Operating temperatures are  between 20°C and 80°C.
