DESCRIPTION
Castrol Ilocut 603 is a neat cutting oil based on solvent refined mineral oil containing sulphurised fatty additives.

APPLICATIONS
Recommended for a wide range of heavy duty machining operations on steels up to 80 tonnes tensile, particularly those which are difficult to machine.

Typical applications include multi-spindle automatics and automatic, semi-automatic and combination turret lathes; and particularly gear generation by hobbing, planing, shaving and shaping, also thread and form grinding, tapping and broaching.

Note : The active sulphur present in Castrol Ilocut 603 may lead to staining if used on non-ferrous metals. Use Ilocut 154 if staining is a problem.
