Engineered for operating temperatures from -10°C up to 300°C in bulk oil, Kixx Therm AB 20 is suitable for use in dyeing plants, chemical plant heating systems, injection molding machines, pulp and paper mills, and other closed-loop heat transfer installations. Its excellent low-temperature fluidity ensures easy startup in cooler conditions, while high flash and fire points enhance operational safety in demanding environments.
The fluid’s advanced formulation offers outstanding resistance to oxidation and thermal degradation, minimizing sludge and varnish formation and helping to extend oil life and reduce maintenance downtime. It also provides strong rust and corrosion protection for system components, contributing to longer equipment life and stable heat transfer efficiency over time.
Kixx Therm AB 20 can be mixed with compatible mineral-based or other alkyl benzene–type heat transfer oils, which helps simplify top-up and changeover in existing systems. With a pour point around -33°C, density of about 0.8568 kg/L at 15°C, and a flash point of approximately 218°C, it offers an optimal balance of pumpability, safety, and thermal performance for modern industrial heat transfer applications.
