Advanced non-petroleum DOT 4 brake and clutch fluid for conventional hydraulic systems. Higher boiling point than DOT 3 fluids provides additional safety margin against vapour lock, with widespread suitability for passenger cars, commercial vehicles and motorcycles.
Caltex Brake and Clutch Fluid DOT 4 is an advanced, non-petroleum automotive brake fluid designed for conventional hydraulic brake and clutch systems, particularly in severe service conditions or where DOT 4 fluids are recommended. It provides an additional safety margin against “vapour lock” compared with brake fluids meeting less stringent specifications.
